About the event
The inaugural "Save Wallum Poetry Slam" took place in October 2024 and was an outstanding success, making us eagerly anticipate the 2025 event!
The Save Wallum Poetry Slam is an event hosted in Brunswick Heads, NSW, designed to raise awareness and funds for the Save Wallum campaign, which seeks to safeguard the local Wallum heathland from development. The event showcases poets presenting original pieces, with the proceeds supporting the Save Wallum campaign expenses.
